do you mind to tell what about assessment ?

because i think your quit rent quite high...

my condo in kl, quit rent less than RM100 per year, but assessment is ard RM650 per annum.

my leasehold condo in bukit jalil, for 2021, the quit rent is RM6.71 & assessment is RM702
