1. >74% holding by directors with no offer for sale 2. Very healthy cash flow 3. Experienced yet young MD with big vision 4. Sustainable business model. Targeting affordable housing fir easier loan approvals. Thus higher sales 5. Comparitive EV/EBITDA of 8x 6. Dividen policy of no less than 30% yearly 7. Healthy margin 8. 1. high PE compare with other 2. high volume of offer. can move? i will skip. high risk low return category. could be another kitacon. at least kitacon about ipo price on first day. |

Take it or leave it? Autocount no luck..tried 50k unit, not even 1 went through...hopefully radium will bring something good..

Radium 3.468 bil shares vs Kitacon 500 mil shares... We just saw Kitacon price soared and plunged below ipo price. This happened to a good company in bad sector with very small allocation.
Radium too heavy... All the best to shareholders. |
