 MNP from Digi postpaid to Celcom, Rejected

For Celcom postpaid......MNP Out will charge extra 1 month penalty as compare to pro rate Digi.

Ya i know....rejected mah..
What i trying to tell TS is

Digi Postpaid when port out.....only settle outstanding amount..
While
Celcom postpaid will need to settle outstanding amount and 1 month penalty.( in future)
