I have a contract with Digi ( Digi postpaid 60) that ends on 28/2/2022.
After the contract has ended, I proceed to do MNP.
Today, Digi rejected my MNP request and told me I have an extra quota of contract period till 31/3/2022...

Anyone has similar experience with this "extra quota" period?

Did you accept any extra quota offer? I did and my quota contract expires this September.

What is extra quota of contract actually?

I think the "extra quota offer" is that you could sign a contract to get extra quota, but this contract was ended on 28/2/2022 for my case...
so Digi is just using it as an excuse to reject my MNP...

Gather the information of your contract expiry and lodge complain to MCMC.

Me don't think any1 here can help directly... please proceed to the nearest DiGi Centre and discuss face-2-face on this issue.

Ensure to get report number once the issue has been "escalated" and follow up weekly on the status.

Digi did a counter offer, coming back with Digi postpaid 25 with 25GB per month + unlimited call, cost RM40.

Or DiGi prepaid rm25 30 days auto renew, 6gb+1gb hotspot, unlimited social, unlimited call

For Celcom postpaid......MNP Out will charge extra 1 month penalty as compare to pro rate Digi.
If i am not wrong.

What i trying to tell TS is

Digi Postpaid when port out.....only settle outstanding amount..
While
Celcom postpaid will need to settle outstanding amount and 1 month penalty.( in future)
