So far all the condos that I visited do not have ventilation fan in the bathroom.

It is necessary to install one if budget allows?

Get the round one can mount on the window. Easiest installation just remove the window and get the glass shop to cut a circle.

Better to have one so that have better airflow (less smelly) and less moist, especially if always use hot shower.

Window glass exhaust fan will do the job, not that expensive.

I install 1 freah air and 1 exhaust fan. Once on the light the fan will run, when off the fan will strop after 15min. So need open windows and no issue with insects flying inside my bath room.

Yes, makes a lot of difference, makes washing toilet less stuffy as well.

Go for windows glass mount type, ceiling one quite pointless as the moisture & smell have no where to escape, unless you made a dedicated area for the air to escape outside

Do you mean that the switch turns on both the light and the fan? How do you make the fan stops after 15mins?

1. DO NOT vent into the ceiling if there is no air outlet to the external of the ceiling space
2. Delay the turning OFF of the exhaust fan (if it is connected to turn ON along with your lights) https://shopee.com.my/search?keyword=exhaust%20fan%20timer

After reading all the comments here, I have a concern with my new unit now. shocking.gif

My master room's bathroom does not have a window, and the developer only provides a ceiling ventilation fan installed in the bathroom.
Is this acceptable? and is there any way I can do to improve air circulation in the bathroom?

Leave the bathroom door and room window open to improve ventilation

Check whether there is any duct that connect into it. If there is a duct, must likely it will vent to somewhere else.
