Anyone work in Oracle especially Oracle Cloud Infrastructure?
Their recruiter are reaching out to me at Linkedin and I joined for their interview.

Just wondering anyone got review about working environment over there?
Currently will be WFH and how is the culture there?

Glassdoor have some comment about no increment and bonus at all, is that true? confused.gif

In my opinion, those would be the valid questions to check & confirm with recruiter directly.

Once a big company, but in recent years, not so relevant d... when Microsoft push for cloud many years back, the Oracle founder laughed at them. Guess who's the clown now...

They still have some loyal customers, but mainly due to legacy system and they hardly able or dare to migrate to another system. However, most new silo or departmental kind of projects, ppl are adopting other cheaper alternatives, that's why they are loosing share market badly.

It's true. The only time you get salary adjustment is when your position changed or promoted. Have to nego with your manager.
I should know; worked there for 4 years.

Besides salary, everything else is quite nice, but Malaysia office benefit is lesser compared to other country's

Honestly if u wanna venture into cloud industry.... try brush up your skills in AWS, Azure or GCP and look for opportunities related to these instead

Oracle is nothing when it comes to cloud space
