YES.

Topup RM15 get 30days validity, then buy 1GB for RM1 every 2 days.

OneXOX probably got something like 365 days validity, that u go survey urself.

Cheap one like yes but confirm u will regret cos most of the places won't have line. Give u example yes at setia Alam mall literally unusable despite have line data won't jalan . Not that mall only alot mall also have this issue one , the reason why im still using yes is cos it's free for me don't have to pay for it .

Yes coverage GG one masuk basement parking je bye bye line. I'm using umobile + yes , yes always have this issue one. U go those new project mall confirm yes GG first one.

should be unifi bebas.
rm50 for 8gb, but can last forever if you dont use it to download/youtube

Suggesting to alter the title to "Cheapest data plan for WhatsApp".

TnG doesn't use much data. WhatsApp is more critical to download medias and voice/vix calls...

Me's recommendations are (by hierarchy) :
1) UMobile PRE-paid U25 @ RM20/m with 30GB/m. Comes with unlimited calls if WhatsApp call not responsive.
2) TuneTalk Call 20 @ RM20/m. Unlimited calls and WhatsApp.
3) Hotlink Panta*. 365 days usage for RM40:

their appetite for facebook tiktok is huge
better get those unlimited plan.
digi rm15 unlimtied facebook tiktok, + 6gb general use


another good plan is tunetalk rm200 yearly. 10gb/month. add rm10 per 10gb

actually it is for my parent usage, have WIFI at home, only occationally need to make tng payment and scan mysaejater when going outside.
whatapp usage is not high when outside. just made some simple call.

currently using yodoo RM12 = 3GB data+RM5 (100min) call, got better deal than this?

For long run, this is more economical....data can last you 365 days and validity can be done thru top up or simply purchase the 1 year validity

yes, most importaint is tng paymant+mysajethera+abit whatapp call.
have 100mbps data at home, and wont surf social media when going outside.

last month i purchase 2GB data and 100min call, but only use less than 100mb and 20min. So much wasted

If for parent stick to yoodo their coverage is okay one .Fyi mysejahtera don't need data also can use one it will take the app abit longer to figure no data and manual load the app ( got data instant load ). Tng is another story , for payment to go through yr phone need to have strong data connection else payment will fail one ( I kena with yes at setia Alam mall tng work can show code for cashier to scan but keep fail until I use umobile to share data to this phone only payment can go through).

MySJ in my case, off data loads faster than on data

If places with weak coverage or slow data, better just off data because it will take forever to load

FYI to TS clovercliff MySJ shall not consume your data quota

With this usage pattern, the "optimum" option is XOX non-Black PRE-paid with 28 months validity. U might need to have deep discussion with their agents on which package is the cheapest for ur usage pattern.

But if XOX is too complicated, stay with Yoodo with RM17/m commitment.

The lowest is RedOne Amazing RM8.48/m. Call rates applies.

The second lowest is RM10/m from BeOne Power 10 and TuneTalk VIP.

So, the current Yoodo RM17/m is the optimum for "that" usage pattern.

then get tunetalk 200 per year
less headache. drawback is no call quota.

second choice yoodoo full custom can adjust on the go

third choice is unifi. good for general use. make sure your phone suport else cant use.

Best is still old UMobile sub-line.

RM10/mth share main line data quota, free 30 mins daily calls to UMobile numbers.

TnG (using showing QR code / pay function) and MySJ does not require data connection actually
make sure you have enough $$ before give it

I would suggest those hotlink 365 data would be good for your parents as long as they won't surf fb/tiktok/youtube using data outside
