It's a serious project, I'm using RPG Maker VX Ace. However, there's a new RPG Maker based on Unity that will be released soon, so I prolly will use that later if my notebook can run it of course

difficulty isnt what you can write, but what u can do, like i plan to make a portal to mars, no need rocket, and instantly arrive.

what storyline or what character isnt important at this stage, more of how UI looks, how to make the game fun to play, how to design the system easier at start and slowly increase difficulty, how the combat system work, what platform, what game engine ...

Saw your thread in kopitiam.
Good that you got your lore planned out. Now I don't know how focused you are, but this kind of insanely huge detail is not likely be implemented by a single inexperienced developer.
Break things down in group and see how well you can implement it.

I have a massive Game Design Document in progress. I will heed your advice and breaks down it into section to tackle.
I know the lore is cliche, but I didn't know what better way to put it to scratch the surface without spoiling details more than necessary. This is a serious project, it might change engine, but if it will take me that long of ene 5 - 8 years, then so be it, cus I'm making game making my lifelong passion smile.gif

I play a lot of rpgm games, so one suggestion is to make solid basic gameplay first, backstory can be put later. Have refreshing gimmick (memorable like those too fast hero or very compact rpg) better than big map but empty. Start with starting village or tutorial stage, then tweak battle/exp

Thank you for the suggestion.

At the beginning, I first decide on the myths of my worldbuilding. Then I proceed on the mechanic of the games, elaborating it precisely and specificly.

Then I key in the Legends, major Plotline, and story. Then I do level design.

I'm on probation, reply is limited, but I'll get back to you if you have more question and suggestions on later

I'm trying to create daz3d assets in a consistent manner as well. If your process flow involves using 3dsmax/blender, substance painter, zbrush, which I believe you will if you're doing this indie, feel free to tag me. Not a pro or anything, just an ex business consultant.

Give a backstory on each dragons can be added value. How all of the dragons tied to the main story.

The Supreme A.I. is the main bad guy? Is it like Skynet or something?

Also the name is not very appealing like others pointed out.

The prototype demo will be available before May 2022.

I will spoil abit here ..the dragon played many role in histories of Meridien. How they came to be on Earth is what you must PAFO(play and find out). The dragons have been used for combat partner amongst the Zephyrs and the Angels and Seraphs. There, as you can see, many types of dragons, there be each contributes to the histories of wars in Meridien, and in Earth. After you have control of Prof Shirin's airship, you would receive signal that life has began anew on Earth. However, while you are on your own way there, you may visit new planets along the way which, depending on your discovery, let you know what's going on. Since the devil's and demons find delight to use wraiths and monsters as war instrument, you must train your team how to tame your dragons and how to design and develop super androids.

The Supreme A.I. has left the Earth since it couldn't find any human souls to harness upon. And it's coming your way, to Meridien. Before you leave for Earth, you must unite Elves, Orcs, Seiyans, Hupperions, Zephyrs, Konokians and humans to prepare war against the Supreme A.I.

However, the Auto Empire has other plans...
