The Johor Bahru City Council is taking an active initiative to promote a car-free day monthly in the city.
Every Saturday, during the second week of the month, residents and visitors are encouraged to leave their cars behind and opt for walking or cycling.
One of the suggested routes for this car-free day is the Johor Bahru City Loop, which starts at the parking lot next to Jalan Duke.  As participants follow the loop, they can explore various city areas and witness their unique charm.
Passing by Sungai Segget, they can take a moment to pause and appreciate the picturesque view of the river, offering a serene and refreshing escape from the urban surroundings.
The Johor Bahru City Loop is perfect for individuals of all ages and fitness levels, catering to runners, walkers, and cyclists alike.
