One of those hotels listed actually got jiken service provided. And they werent secretive about it.

I was there sometimes around 2010 to visit singaporean relatives, we got inside the room and there was "jiken menu" on the desk with PICTURES and all. Menu was written in chinese, but you know exactly what it is just looking at the photos.
