I take those easy123 digestive and kinomitsu ginger tea to help with toilet ( I pretty much shit everyday on time but sometime don’t feel like I shit fully)
An ayurvedic doctor in PJ advised me to switch to Basmati rice, cut oil and spice and to follow certain other diet. But my bad, i am not committed though and continue to suffer.
And I prefer the low starch (ponni variety) rice ( Jasmine Taj Mahal) as i feel its lighter on my digestive system.
if i skip rice totally, feels better for the day.
Bowel movement is not difficult, but i spend longer hours in toilet to purge all the air and solids until i feel relieved with flatter stomach
so far i have avoided detox formulas because i prefer to spend that money on the real ingredients instead which form the ingredient of detox powder.(fruits, berries, grains, spices, herbs etc).
