any traditional remedy or modern specialist you can recommend?

i am lactose intolerant, however the problem doesnt seem to be related to dairy consumption, i eat rice, immediately feel very full, bloated and some time later have to pass lots of air. This continues for many many years. Now i think i want to take some action about it.

Replace milk with almond milk etc but still after lunch bloated and fart (sometime damn smelly)

I take those easy123 digestive and kinomitsu ginger tea to help with toilet ( I pretty much shit everyday on time but sometime don’t feel like I shit fully)

i have checked for gallstones, taking multiple blood tests, checking for hyperthyroidism

i remember how it all started immediately after i started working at one particular place many many years ago.

Suddenly/immediately on Day 2 onwards of my job, i started to shit a lot with a lot of flatulence. And it lasts until today.

Either due to stress or some food poisoning on Day 1 

But it's unlikely due to stress because my first job is not stressful at all.

So, I suspect some food I took at the nearby chapfan stall at Day 1 triggered this IBS.

didnt go specialist, scared invasive procedure 

no H Pylori

did stool test multiple times also

took regular zentel also

but no scope. Scared scope
