Problem now is there's quite a number of customers damn puja puji J&T as the best courier for them hari ni post semalam dah sampai yada2. No way the sellers gonna switch to different couriers.

While others curse to death because having problem like TS. To make things worse,more and more parcels been assigned to J&T they even expand their 'great' service to Lazada nowadays.

Raising this issue to Shopee management might work but I doubt they gonna care. It's all about business. Tauke J&T getting richer and richer. While their staff keep on mogok steal items from parcels more delay shipments/missing in warehouse shit.
