I bought game from Impulse Gaming (So their delivery is from Johor), and after almost 4-5 days, still not arrive

So 2 days ago I called J&T Express and finally today the status got update, but updated to "On Hold (Parcel is under investigation)"






What's that supposed to mean?

Should i accept the fate that the item was missing/stolen/gone already??


Anyone with this "Parcel is under investigation" for J&T Express, care to share your experience? Thanks

Last year I got a similar case, J&T Jln Chan Sow Lin. After about 3 or 4 days it was released for delivery. Someone told me if there were covid cases at a branch/sorting center, they'll quarantine the packages at that time till they complete their investigations...i dunno if that is true or not. Recommend u disinfect yr package if and when it arrives, just as a precaution.

Experienced once, contacted JnT . They said just routine nothing much to worry about. Asked me content of parcel and one day later they delivered my item.

COVID-19 outbreak at the centre...

J&T will put any kind of status available to undelivered parcel as long as it help their KPI.

Oh no I just bought brilliant stars booster boxes.

Sometimes I send parcel out and when it arrives, customer send me photo I noticed packaging bag is different than the one I used, bubble wrap unpacked, or box wrapping missing. I think parcels go through random spot checks. Apparently, since the MCO, drug transport case seems to have increased so they on high alert.

I see. Well if this is the case, then no choice but to be patient lah. Us legitimate buyers and sellers got to suffer cos of those in the drug trade

Delivery guys are playing that game now I guess.

Sorry bud. But it's gone. They just leading you around circle I think to make seller forget to reclaim back money, like they cannot claim anymore 30 days after delivery. Which might explain the weird long update before declaring lost.

Me myself also got same problem. I check on FB and they all have similar issue like yours......transit forever, then declare lost. Meaning J&T are doing this on purpose.

Refund wont work unless parcel is declared lost. Otherwise shopee will also bring u in circle with bs excuse like delivery is busy, please wait 3 to 5 days after expiry bla bla.

I checked, they only will refund if courier there give update like wtf?

mayb can advise seller dont use JnT anymore..
btw, coming 17 march.. Shopee sellers no longer able to choose which courier to ship orders..
i predict cases like this will skyrocket.. shopee users better complaint to shopee now to cancel this plan..

Problem now is there's quite a number of customers damn puja puji J&T as the best courier for them hari ni post semalam dah sampai yada2. No way the sellers gonna switch to different couriers.

While others curse to death because having problem like TS. To make things worse,more and more parcels been assigned to J&T they even expand their 'great' service to Lazada nowadays.

Raising this issue to Shopee management might work but I doubt they gonna care. It's all about business. Tauke J&T getting richer and richer. While their staff keep on mogok steal items from parcels more delay shipments/missing in warehouse shit.

J&T CDC Tampoi Indah 317 always lost parcel or tipu parcel delivery status,
just feedback to shoppee and ask for FULL refund after delivery date expired, dont wait for the parcel, it will take forever to deliver to u.
