Huh? Shopee is no longer pro customer? Said who? Shopee has been pro customer this whole damn time since I started my 3 stores on Shopee. If you can't get back your refund then it's really on you! Even with the slightest dissatisfaction, I would need to refund all the customer that requested refund.

That's why it's important to report any store that u see conning buyers, i've one time report a store that sell tv and laptop at ridiculous price, try to chat with seller in shoppe chat but they insist to use whatsapp to chat, because it is shopee have stated that u can only chat with seller in the shopee not in other form of communications because if any issues came up there will be evidence, i rightway report the store, and a few days later the shop was banned.

actually no, what you're experiencing is mis-spec of component up to, but not including the driver, which cannot be guaranteed by any OEM.

the same case with the recent Canon print cartridge scandal, due to chip shortage, the replacement shows up as counterfeit and wont print, even though its 'legit' greenlighted by both rights holder and manufacturer.

you can't expect anyone to consistently use the EXACT SAME 4 dozen capacitors, resistors, diodes, transistors. Its just impossible, coz business. That explains the LED brightness, the usb is just pure workmanship, this comes with the teritory of mass production. With that price though, i would bring it up directly with the shop, NOT through shopee, highlight the faults and get a replacement.
