For my small place, ikea ones are good enough. Currently the house I'm staying now, use mostly solid wood. 👍
Next time I get a big bungalow, I'll look for you. Haha.
How's your biz?
Do you all prefer to buy from Ikea or Furniture sh, As above, furniture shop recommendations

Although you have to assemble Ikea furniture by hand, their furniture is not only in demand in the world but is a guarantee of quality. Their price is also acceptable to people. But assembling furniture for me is like a great time with my girlfriend. The last time we assembled a kids recliner. And there are a lot of stores, you can search yourself, but just read the reviews, as will come a bad product and only money will be wasted.

I installed my own IKEA METOD kitchen system... It is more fulfilling. Just make certain that I have all of the required hardware tools! Having IKEA suspension rails to help with the installation of both wall and base cabinets saves a lot of time.

What about IKEA mattresses though?
When I read online international reviews mostly are bad. It's hard to find local review on IKEA mattress. Am planning to buy IKEA Fillan mattress. Anyone has any review on this or IKEA mattresses in general? |

QUOTE(miyakochan89 @ Feb 22 2022, 02:08 PM) I'm looking for some nice sideboards and computer desks. update some nice custom made solid wood items Of course the first place i browse is Ikea. But i find that they can get quite pricey and on top of that i have to heave the boxes and assemble them myself. Do you all have any furniture shops recommendations in KV? Don't give me high-end shops la, no budgets, something in between middle would be perfect. Fully assembled. ![]() ![]() ![]() This post has been edited by ar188: Mar 8 2023, 06:07 PM |

QUOTE(Roxue @ Mar 8 2023, 03:40 PM) What about IKEA mattresses though? Pretty much all the cheapo ikea mattress cannot use one. Sink in or backache etc. doesn’t last. Better than sleeping on floor tile. Use as motivation to earn more for a decent mattress. When I read online international reviews mostly are bad. It's hard to find local review on IKEA mattress. i love ikea products mostly. but sometimes there are good alternatives to a certain ikea products.
for example, back in 2021, i wanted to buy a height adjustable computer desk from ikea. i wanted to buy the motorized version, costing about 1.2k iinm. but its always out of stock. so one day i decided to check shopee/lazada and found flexispot motorized computer desk. it's slightly cheaper than ikea but the quality i can say is comparable. i mean, the legs are solid metal, damn heavy, and once assembled, damn solid, no rattle or bending on the table. i am so glad the desk i was looking for from ikea were out of stock back then. |
