Hi guys,

i would like to request your help in below issue regarding my kitchen top tiles, after kitchen top tiles work finished, my contractor arrange for trimming/polishing of tiles sharp edges but in return there were darker colour line unevenly, any idea to overcome/cover/correct the line ( i am ok to accept the darker tone line but it wasn't straight tbh)

Tried to ask my contractor but seems like no positive outcome, finger pointing game is not going to help anyway

so any suggestion/idea would be welcome cry.gif

It will have some different shades with the top but not to your extend.

You seen him doing the polishing ? Could it be high heat reaction during polishing that cause the dark tone ?

Anyway, handwork finishing can seldom be 100% straight.

i agree and understand there will be different shades after polishing sharp edges and i wasn't there (yea i admit, my bad)
understand the handwork will never be perfect as well, but was looking for a way to cover up or at least make the line even icon_question.gif

Use putty filler to cover uneven area and paint over it with colour that match.

thanks for suggesting this, will this be able to stick on the edges of the tiles?
