Portion doesn’t matter here.
If you need more energy by all means eat more. What’s important is the type of food you eat.
If you exercise but still eat those unhealthy food,
it won’t improve your overall health.false, get your fact right.
even if you keep eating bad food, exercise still benefiting you. If someone managed to complete 5km run per session after few month of exercise compared that to 1km run per session initially, they are actually healthier. increased stamina its an indicator of being more healthier.
if you had healthy liver, even if you are didnt eat food with nutrient, the liver will generate those nutrient for you (e.g cholestrol, amino acids, proteins, vitamins). but how to keep liver healthy? yes, keep it well fed, but not overfeed.
also you are hentam banana leaf earlier, but it actually one of the healthiest food if you didnt take the meat of course.
many farm animals are being feed with one type of food only, yet they can still be healthy, im not saying those farm animals that takes growth hormone of course

anyway, im not saying you dont need healthier food, it just a bonus if you have access to those. but unfortunately it is not accessible by plenty of people, except for those mass produced vegetable from china of course.
