what kind of healthy food you can introduce to us?

any light food and if possible, reduce eating heavy food.

being truly healthy involves changing your eating lifestyle anyway.

it's different from dieting which is generally a short term solution and a lost cause for most.

so it's better to change your preference for food. that may have more long lasting effect.

lol like i said it's a lifestyle eating not dieting, so it differs from individuals to individuals depending on what clean food is available to you.

for me i am currently doing tuna salad with 2 toasts / a simple breakfast set (2 eggs / 1 ham / 2 toasts) for breakfast.

and dinner some simple rice with vege/steamed fish/prawn. steam is the best lol. reduced amount of rice (i do weigh it lol) and little to no heavy kuah if possible.

some almonds/fruits for snacks if needed.

might not sound healthy to some who is doing strict dieting (they weigh everything with proper macronutrients ratio and calories counting).

but that kind of thing doesn't last (been there). the rebound effect will make it worse.

best is to incorporate food that is sustainable in your lifestyle (not too extreme like really bland food but not too heavy either) depending on what's available to you.

Nasi kandaq most of the time look like a plateful of diarrhoea plus an undigested okra..and always harga yahudi..

Banana leaf rice is colorful, appetising and has a great pricing range..always awesome..always..

that approach good for people who are living in sedentary lifestyle, but not for people who requires tons of energy.
personally i rather eat normally, do regular fasting and burn it thru exercise. the reason because being physically active do give tons of benefit in term of cardiovascular system(more blood vessels) and for better mental health (more neurons being made)
like it or not, every cell in the body requires glucose, to keep them healthy, you need to feed them. of course you should avoid overfeeding them too.

Nasi kandar obvious choice.

They are governed by law to provide clean and halal food.

Portion doesn’t matter here.

If you need more energy by all means eat more. What’s important is the type of food you eat.

If you exercise but still eat those unhealthy food, it won’t improve your overall health.
