QUOTE(Amanda85 @ Feb 4 2008, 01:27 AM) i'm back... can't wait for the new season to begin.... sounds like kimi is hinting on massa... Welcome back...long time no see. Outstation or lazy to post in LYN Maybe Kimi hinting on DC too. 'Siapa makan cili....' Vettel's comments even better. TC - With Sebastian Vettel.
QUOTE Q: With the backdrop of your American heritage, can you understand the safety concerns surrounding the ban on traction control (TC)? SB: In general it never made sense to me to have TC in Formula One. We are supposed to be the best drivers on this planet. We all come from Formulae without traction control and nobody complains. And then we come into Formula One and suddenly it was the easiest car to drive because there was nothing to do with the right foot. And in fact when I tested last year it was a bit frustrating for me as I felt I was not 100 percent in control of the car. All the discussions about not driving in the wet without TC...if we have such discussions we should not be here. For myself I have discovered that in wet conditions the car drives superbly - it is super balanced This post has been edited by Raikkonen: Feb 4 2008, 01:36 AM

Badoer lauds Raikkonen's Bahrain paceLink ~ http://en.f1-live.comQUOTE Ferrari's rivals should tremble at the 'lightening' speed shown by the Italian team's F2008 as a long winter test kicked off in Bahrain on Monday, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport. Now that's what I want to hear Bahrain's 2007 pole position was 1:32.652 (Massa) and fastest lap of 1:34.067. Kimi did 1:30.455 Massa did 1:31.293. wah what happened 2 this thread?page 2 aiyo... neway raikkonen, dun b so pleased 2 early need 2 c how many laps kimi flies...if it's several so-so laps n only 1 fast, damn freaking fast lap, that's not gud enuff(no offense) after all w/o TC, rear tire will wear down much faster so 1st few laps only can do fast laps, then remaining can only go defensive, man it's no use
btw, bout vettel's comment, does this means that even if it's raining, TC is disabled s well?now that's cool!!!

Ferrari have no rivals in 2008, says TrulliREUTERS ROME, February 13QUOTE Toyota driver Jarno Trulli says he cannot see anyone taking the Formula One title off Ferrari this year given the Italian team's performance in recent tests in Bahrain.
"In my opinion they are at least half a second faster per lap, even with respect to McLaren. The championship already looks over to me before it has started," Trulli told Italian motorsport weekly Autosprint.
The 33-year-old Italian said Ferrari's superiority stemmed from the team's ability to adapt to the scrapping of traction control. SourceWell, first of all i am and will be really glad if Ferrari return to be the champions again the next season. But then, it is the F1 racing we are talking about, to speculate and foresee into so far in the future is pretty much difficult if not impossible. **Actually just wanna keep my disappointment to a level "just " in case we arent as fast as we seem to be** Anyway March18, Aussie GP we all shall have the proof to our eyes. Finally Happy Valentine Days!

Pfft! Testing means nothing when everyone is using a different setup. However it do means that McLaren might have just found a pretty good one for Hammy.

I think Trulli's just want to prove a point....that McPencuri is not fast enough, Hamilton is overrated and Ferrari's still the team to beat even though they did not top the sheets
