I use saga FL and I had no issues with transporting my 50" TV by myself. 50" should be light enough to be able to be carried alone (55" is the max I am willing to carry alone) and still fit in your car comfortably. Just make sure the screen is facing the car rear car seat, and angle it so that the TV won't launch itself forward if you do any emergency brake.

Heck, I didn't even bother with a TV box / bubble wrap
