Mine was actually scheduled for pickup by Care+ but I feel uneasy hence made app and walked in to service centre to hand in my device for repair. I guess here in KL the wait will be longer

I was told by the staff they have a program for users who encounter the screen display issue in which if they check if the phone has no water damage issue (since mine also do not have physical damages), only RM90 shall be incurred. For context my extended warranty from Care+ is still valid but I read from another user he also encounter the same issue and being charged for RM90 repair cost even without extended warranty.

Sorry to hear I read that some even reverted back to previous SW update but the same issue will recur. And even fixing it cannot guarantee the same issue will not recur It's such a disappointment to have spend 5k++ for this type of quality.

What's more funny, yesterday the staff from service centre called to tell me the technician couldn't find what's wrong with my phone since there is no physical damages. Makes me wonder if they turn on my phone because that light saber on top left is hard to miss. Also, it only occurs when change to 120Hz refresh rate and on Eye Comfort Shield.

Thanks for the update. Now I'm curious if I could also add on this insurance on top of my Care+ which is expiring on March. Either way could only hope for the best

Thanks for checking in! Yes got it back on last Wednesday Handed in device on 20 Jan and got it back on 24, also quite fast, and without charges. They told me got 3 months warranty. Gonna keep testing the Eye Comfort Shield with adaptive refresh rate.

Did mine in one of the accessories shop twice for my S22U in MV cost RM59. Finger prints still work well.

Call or go to samsung care+ website to submit and someone will call you. Usually they'll pick up your device.

If not under warranty, can go to samsung service centre. I went to the one in The Gardens, MV

Yours is a vertical green line? I think somehow the temporary line will slowly becomes permanent. Just like my green saber line will only appear when I change the refresh rate.

It will permanently appear when switch to Adaptive but disappeared when switch to standard.
