I feel like this is similar from what I bought earlier. Light, tad loose, cheap and minimal protection. Trial and error haha

I don't remember ever having to change any setting because I got VoLTE from S10Plus and now my S22U also has it. It's automatic for me.... can you try to contact Maxis for this.

But yeah, apparently the setting to Enable/Disable VoLTE is hidden sometimes. Maybe the settings disappearing is tied to VoWIFI being active ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (yeah I have it on as Maxis supports WoWIFI now apparently).

It's nice to hold, adequate protection, thicken and slightly bumped up top and bottom from the screen. Feels premium. Not sure if tp will be safe from being pushing out at side tho as mine was already pushed out a little when I use X One case.

Here I got more photos for your reference comparing with my Elago case 😃
I think S22U is the only phone I got so many casing for. Always on the look out for better ones smile.gif

Ha me too! I like the icon packs that are without the frame over app icon. I'm waiting for some nice lockscreen video to be free tongue.gif

I'm using Samsung's charger. I have the same issue too with SFC appearing in the beginning but switched to only FC after certain percentage. No heating.

The phone will not use the 10x optical super telephoto lens in x10 zoom. Brought to the service center for warranty claim(after arguing & making the technicians understand the issue for 30 minutes). The service center reimage my device, replace the motherboard and the super telephoto lens but issue still happening!!

Went to another SC yesterday(again, spending lots of effort to make them understand the issue). At first they again told me it's a normal thing even i told them I had compared multiple times with multiple devices. After comparing with 3 normal working S22U they had, none having the same issue. Finally, they accepted my complaint and will file to Samsung.

I found a few same complains on reddit as well. Please check your S22U.

It's quite disappointing with the after sales service after paying premium to buy my first Samsung phone.  doh.gif

Nope. Not even for my 3 years old S10+ which is still working fine even though I charged like twice a day. Maybe I don't like the feeling to have to monitor my phone so much. When the time comes I'll just change the batt blush.gif

Hi guys did you all experience random freezes especially browsing FB and IG after the second May security patches? Do you feel like it's draining battery a little faster than before the update?

Yea the battery part does feel like that, not noticeable yet feel worse than previous. The random freezes started with 0.5 sec then longer even though I have restarted my phone. It doesn't happen often but it's been like few times since the last update.

I think clear case is prone to this 'oily' issue. I make it a point to wipe my case every 2-3 days and also the purpose to sanitise it.

You have a point. Even though we received RM800 e voucher and RM200 ROI it's hassle to go through to redeem and receive the rest of the items. I prefer to have the items together with my pre-ordered phone.

Damn I started getting mine last night after the December security patch! But I have the 2 years warranty. After switching back to 60Hz it looks fine though. Not sure if I want to replace.

Happens to me too the 'screen saber' issue right after Dec patch. I called Samsung and was asked to submit my request online because I have the extended warranty Care+. Then got a call and was told no stock and have to wait till 19th, and repair at no extra cost.

Which centre you brought your phone to ya? I was told by the agent for my case they can only pick up and cannot walk in. confused.gif confused.gif confused.gif

RM90 ok ler. The last I heard was RM200++ even with warranty. Sabah service centre is quite good ya thumbup.gif
