That time my friend order from Maxis website on 10/3 and received on 11/3 but without any free gifts. You may want to check if they still have stocks.

The "ship by date" is specific based on allocation, color and spec.
Whereby Samsung Malaysia just plainly estimate 3 to 4 weeks.

Also, the US folks was saying, yes there is delay like additional 2 to 3weeks from the initial estimated date, but the good thing is that the buyers were notified promptly either via email or new ETA updated on Order page accordingly. I dont think our Samsung Malaysia will ever do that....

And money is only deducted when shipment is confirmed

Consumer rights is strong in US. Heck they can even return used merchandise. Not trying to instigate or anything but Samsung Malaysia sucks at keeping customers informed and downright scamming when taking money before delivering the goods. So it'd only be fair when this is bring up to tribunal to let them know consumers are not dumb or pushover.

Guys anyone experience this issue --- post story on FB with music however the story becomes just black out? Is it FB problem?

Edit: Apparently this is a known issue. Hopefully can be fixed!

I put my phone in bag some times but there's no sharp items like key or wallet as I separate them in the different compartments.

To me I put TP and casing simply because I know how its like to have a phone slipped out of my hand and broke the screen. That was S5 back then and since then, I never not use TP and casing.

It all comes down to one's preference smile.gif

At night when the light is dimmed I use Eye comfort shield. If your room is pitch dark you may want to use Extra dim.

Urm no it doesn't automatically turn brighter as I lift or double tap to wake my phone in the dark.

Note: I disabled my Adaptive Brightness.

I find this face unlocking feature in the dark/when I just woke up futile so I only use finger print to unlock. And you can also disable the auto brightness for facial recognition unlock.... which will also affect your unlocking experience in the dark laugh.gif

Nope. Don't think video recording on phone is affected by data/WI-FI quality(do correct me if I'm wrong). I've recorded more than 1 min video. Its choppy because I was zooming in and the focusing and my hands were shaky lol.

Then again this phone seems to have some bugs idk

Redeem silicon cases, buds 2 on 8/3 and was only informed after almost a month through follow up email for few weeks that these 2 were out of stock. And no idea when stock arrive. It's been well over a month. vmad.gif

I subscribed to that plan few years ago. Used 1 year (also pay for 1 year) then next year exchange new phone. There's an extra subscription fee for that every month which you can choose not to continue in your next phone. (If I remember correctly)

Now I don't see that plan any more. Just Zerolution (no upfront payment) but with contract period 24/36 months and normal contract (with upfront payment but price cheaper than market rate) with contract period 24/36 months.

Bottom line is, zerolution or normal contract, still under contract and it is normal to receive that message.

We don't work for maxis nor do we know which courier they use, how do we advise you?? hmm.gif Everyone's experience is different. However back in mid Mar my friend ordered online from Maxis it was delivered the next day.
