"muka mak kau hijau" or "muka ayam hijau" something along the lines. i could tell its not so nice phrase but i dunno the meaning behind them. why green but not red blue etc? i can only imagine my mother face looks green like she-hulk that's all my imaginasi took me lol.

Nothing. It literally does not make any sense.
It's actually a funny sentence made up by a kid who was teased and pissed off, but couldn't make a proper come back insult. So he just went "mak kau hijau!'. What it was so absurd and funny, and was captured on camera, and became a meme. |
