Hi, I've been wanting to learn to cook a couple of homemade Japanese food like oyakodon, tonkatsu etc. Is there a mart or supermarket that sells authentic Japanese ingredients?

The dish u mentioned like oyakodon probably needs sake and mentsuyu, all these cooking condiments and ingredients can be easily found at Aeon, Jayagrocer, Don Don Donki, Shojikiya. I'm surprised if u still cannot find any.

Yes, Aeon, being Japanese owned, has a Japanese food section. Village Grocer also.
