 jenny: LOL he looks funny lei.. plus now no more fur to sleep on d T-T wuwuwuwwu T-T kalvin: haha luckily still got ppl like his new look oh xD and his ears now finally clean d, no more ear wax and hair inside!! From my vet, heartguard need to take every month till the puppy fully one year old.. then can start take proheart jab. Proheart jab is taken base on the dog's weigh.. so when the dog is adult, the vet can determine the total dose to be given to the dog. The price according to my vet, RM110 per jab, only need to be taken once a year... while Heartgard, one pack of 6 is RM55-RM60... say the most expensive, it will be RM120 per year. Comparing the proheart jab, proheart is cheaper, more convenient, only need to take once...
I have checked on proheart... there are some negative comments on it too. If you continue to give heartgard even the dog is adult, there shouldn't be any problem... just a bit ma-fan, cause you need to remember to give him/her every month. |
