I have few questions, my objective is to know what’s my rights and what are the actions I can take as individual owner
1. My condo were poorly managed. Understand it’s hard to define what is “poor” here. Example, faculties were broken down for 2 years and not fixed
2. Unaudited account since 2019. Due to pandemic, it’s understandable. However, prolonged delay on audited account is a risk.
Appreciate if any sifu can guide me
