Hello everyone, I am planning to buy the steelseries headset but before buying I really need to try it. Does anyone know where can I find a store with steelseries display headsets?

Thanks

SteelSeries products really not that good, I personally would advise you to go get other brands instead.

i've been using steelseries arctis pro + gamedac for 3 years now. no cracks whatsoever and the headset still retain its quality and sounds great. however there are significant problems you have here.

1. the crack reports are probably due to the users' head size. if u have a big head then u probably want to look elsewhere.
2. this is an old product so not sure why u want to buy it. my headset edy 3yo.
3. my gamedac's volume wheel got issues dy after long use. potentiometer in the wheel is jumpy, exactly the same problem mentioned here: https://www.reddit.com/r/steelseries/commen...e_wheel_issues/. turn down the volume with the wheel to -20 it'll jump by itself to -19. sometimes jump so far back to 0 (loudest).
4. the oled panel in gamedac is showing burn-in signs.
5. steelseries software, at least for arctis pro + gamedac, sucks

if u want zero issues on a headset look away from any gaming headphones including this arctis pro gamedac, any steelseries, any razer, any logitech, and buy a real headset instead. and if you find a toy like gamedac appealing, nab an actual DAC, entry-level will do such as from FiiO.

Thanks for the feedback guys really appreciate and yes I have a big head size lol. That's why I wanted to try it first. I was a bit sceptic if it fits. Also the main reason to go for this set is the hi res. Audio.
