3 weeks before CNY already heavy load.

This week they send my package to a third party last mile delivery call Flash Express.

I have one order shipped from Penang via Lazada. One from Puchong sent via the third party.

End up the package delivered by Lazada from Penang reached me first.

The CS said the distribution centre is currently overwhelmed with a huge amount of orders to be delivered and is facing some scheduling problems.

They will get back to me on the 17th, the last date of promised delivery

Mine stuck at distribution center in Puchong since 4th Jan. Something must have happened over there till so slow the things are moving out. I spam their virtual CLIO or something service center two days ago till a real person replied me, then I was promised that it will take another 2 to 4 days max. And they gave me an RM10 voucher.

And I'm still waiting for my parcel.

I am also in the same situation, package from Puchong, headed to my area Petaling. Order 10th Jan stuck in Klang with a third party.

From my understanding, Lazada expects parcel to be delivered within 48 or 72 hours when it reaches the last mile delivery status.
