Mine stuck at distribution center in Puchong since 4th Jan. Something must have happened over there till so slow the things are moving out. I spam their virtual CLIO or something service center two days ago till a real person replied me, then I was promised that it will take another 2 to 4 days max. And they gave me an RM10 voucher.
And I'm still waiting for my parcel.
Is there no way of contacting Lazada customer, service by phone?
