I am trying fitbod app now. The yearly subscription fee is above RM300, are there any other apps which is better?

If you have access to weights, there's ton of free content on the net especially youtube, why paid for an app?

Just use Excel and craft proper routine. Learn from Mike Israetel on how to design workout program.

when its a routine, i don't see why you need to think so hard....? even with super app, isolation weight exercise is not sufficient to stimulate muscle growth in long run. compound exercise does + ur food intake...
here got plenty to read. probably after you read then you can re-consider if you still need an app...
