I successfully changed engineered_miri's PS3 lens. Now he's machine can read all the discs back. I haven't tell him the good news yet.

Yeah PS3 FTW, no dreaded 3ROD, just lens problem but later when PS3 will be produced by Foxconn, sure will kena 3ROD....SONY has awarded Foxconn to produce PS3 alongside with Asustek to cut the production cost...hell yeah look what happen to X360. Foxconn is using all el cheapo components....

FFVII Advent Children Blu-Ray Details Emerge



Advent Children Complete, recently announced at TGS this past weekend, is the Blu-Ray version of the Final Fantasy VII sequel. Due out in Japan sometime in 2007, the updated "director's cut" version of the movie is said to have a number of changes.

Based on the short trailer for AC Complete shown at Tokyo Game Show, gaming site FF7AC Reunion has compiled a list of known changes:

- Effects added to Yazoo's bullets during the highway chase scene
- Texture details (dirt, damage, etc.) added to the Cloud vs. Sephiroth and Tifa vs. Loz fight scenes
- Alteration to the scene between Rufus and Kadaj in the building overlooking Edge (Kadaj is seen holding materia in his hand in the updated version)
- Addition of a scene with Sephiroth and Cloud, wherein Cloud is impaled, and forces the sword deeper into his shoulder, in order to move closer to Sephiroth. He is then hoisted into the air, while still impaled.

A promotional poster for the movie has also surfaced.

btw, lense is avail from ebay. the day i got the lense i notice the lense look kinda used already. but who cares, as long as my ps3 can use already. plus the packaging look dodgy. the box actually prints sth about dvd lense, nothing about blue ray lense. quite dodgy jugak mula2 lah .

plus postage, less than 200. bout 14 days to wait for it to arrive from spain.

Added on September 24, 2007, 9:50 ambtw guys, yesterday went to one 2nd hand shop at lebuh ampang, buytradesell.com i think the name of the shop. i notice the shop seeling one game ps3, forgot the name already but sth from ubisoft at 145 ringgit. incase anybody interested lah
