Eh, what happened to the FOMIT this semester a?

Keep changing the timetable t(-.-t)..

I am cutting down from 7 subjects to 4 subjects this semester .. T.T
Add / drop subjects both for 2 times

Slow response , even approved this week, next week i would have to drop the particular subject again, because TT changed again

Problem can't even solve when u lodge your complaint on them

Even they received your complaint and try to figure out some alternatives, useless as well, cause the TT gonna changed again or it's already week 4 ~ week 5 . Hard to catch up the syllables
And now, they even apply the magnet lock for the FOMIT front door~~ mad.gif mad.gif

Different courses, different school, different ppl got different things

WHY they are late to their CS? if earlier then get approved then everything goes smooth. Slow response? u know why? becoz when CS started or Add & Drop Period, there is not ONLY YOU 1 student doing, is thousand of students. Head of Diploma in Management juz 1 person, how much time she going to spend to approve or reject EVERY student? She CANT just approve here and there easily, she will mixed the troubles up and at the end not only her gets trouble WHOLE Diploma in Management student will get in TROUBLE. ok, the problems cannot solve easily as wat u tot, we are brainstorming to solve these issues, it's takes a lot a lot a lot of time to solve it, do u know we still wanna write a report or do explanation when solving these issues? from externally, u cant see anything, but if you are 1 of them INTERNALLY, u will know wat are they doing. a lot of things is hidden.

Lastly, you say TT changed, and already week 4 and 5. OK, i know there are crashes for SURE when TT changed BECOZ the FOUNDATION level and DIPLOMA level. btw, u try to attend the class as much as u can, u dun care about the subject approval 1st, u may get approved or rejected, who knows? So you juz attend the class which you wan to take in this semester, so you have no worries about cant catch up the syllabus.

remember use the Y-table plan for ur future semester. Becoz our FOMIT will ensure that every subject offering each semester will not having ANY crashes, EXCEPT as wat i emphasize above ther u taking FOUNDATION subject (Year 1) and also DIPLOMA subject (Year 2), this may get u some crashes. CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG.

i'm taking degree course Y2S1
Before attending classes, i've already confirm no TT crashes happened and get approved from my HEAD
Just to share some opinion { not really opinion} actually, i didn't take it as a complaint anyway
even my HEAD of programme is saying himself ,
" below these are off from the conversation, I DON'T KNOW WHAT DA FXCK THE FACULTY IS DOING, EVEN MYSELF.. WALK INTO THE CLASS
WAITED FOR HALF HOUR, NO STUDENT COMING IN, WHEN I GO AND CHECK, TT CHANGED, HOWEVER, WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING" LOL
I ACCEPT THE FATE, coz i'm not following the Y-table. I got several subjects exempted.

My point is : The tremendous changes happened are very unfair for those students WHO SQUEEZED THEIR MIND, PLANNING THEIR OWN TT IN AN IDEAL FORM. and just because of the majorities aren't checking the time crashes ,it kinda absurd issue. What are the points for us to make the CS so earlier ?

1 more thing, it's ok to change the timetable ONCE. Do you have any explanation for changing them twice, thrice and more in a week time? rclxub.gif

If you not FOMIT student, it's still ok for me. I just can't help u take down ur feedback and do changes for students to improve, BUT if you got any questions wanna ask, u may ask me. I hope I can answer ur question well.
Erm ya. 1 more thing

Y did they apply a magnetic locked door . I really want to know it. I didn't find this thing at the other faculty office.
So far everyday when i am standing outside (waiting the shuttle bus)
I saw so many student keep complaining outside the door. Keep saying 1 thing " y are they locking the door?"

It really generate a lot of inconveniences.
When you go to the faculty admin there, we want to find XXX, firstly they will check the consultation hour. If they aren't in the actual hour, they wouldn't let student find the lecturer. I understand this, yet, if we want to find our HEAD OR DEAN, { They aren't our lecturer, do we need to stick to the consultation as well? " I thought consultation hour is just for those academic/homework issues. } it got quite some difficulties as well. I could imagine if we got urgent things to solve , someone would jz yell in front of FOMIT.

When we are communicating, we got kind a hard time as well.
Because the counter doesn't drilling a hole or gap on middle of the glass , you get what i mean?
I need to place my head down, close to the gap below and talk to the officer. LOL.

just take the phone number from ur lecturer ( of course some would be reluctant to give it to u )

got problem, phone/sms aje ~

email nid to wait 1 ~ 2 days, can't help when got urgent stuff

the frequent changes of timetable have been a tradition for us.

Now even worse, cause the online faculty e-timetable didn't get update also, they just announced it through the notice board of faculty.

I wonder still, how many clashes and absences do i need to go nod.gif
