WAS a UCSI student for 1.5 years, and honestly....Totally despise it. I will not bash the lecturers this time as there are different opinions from different students, and it might be unfair to those good ones. But there's one thing, UCSI should take ENGLISH into consideration when hiring lecturers instead of just looking at their certs.

Africans? Plenty, but not 85% I would say 30%, which is still a lot for a local private institution. The quality of the facilities? There may be a lot of computers in the lab, but how fast is the connection? The gym is the only one that I can say, okay for a Malaysian private institution as not many colleges or university college can provide such facilities. The lecture rooms are always too small. Car parks are too limited but again, no other colleges can provide cheap parking space. Worst of all, as a University College, they can't even provide a decent library; it opens from when to when again? Is it 7pm or 8pm? That's a joke. What if students want to study till late night? Why not at least open a space or a room for students to be able to study till at least 12am?

Okay there are however some good points about the school though, such as the lecture theatres and the gym. I'm trying to be as neutral as possible now. 

izzit ok to study medicine in UCSI??
will it be more expensive as compared to the other medicine institutes?

And, how is the Pharmacy course there ? I heard that they are abit cheaper than IMU .

i was actually kinda shocked when i saw so many ppl around speaking mandarin or cantonese.
totally different from other colleges laa 
i was once introduced by my fren to her taylors mates. man. it was totally different lo.
AAALLLLL of them can speak REALLY DECENT english & mandarin~
whereas in ucsi???
ayy~~ things were different la.
i mean, im not saying being a banana is honourable or wat la.
but at least, its a basic for being able to speak proper english or manglish.

they change to 3rd but they update their website only on the 3rd.

kind of speechless here.

i am going down there on fri so nth can be done, i will still missed the orientation.

You know what's the famous about UCSI? It's its music course

partly it is the best offered in malaysia due to lack of choices... so they get to be one of the top if not the best..

just like its medicine and pharmacy course.. it is affordable if you were to compare with IMU..

well, if we want the whole nations to know us..
it is not by promoting and keep advertise in the newspaper..
the most fundamental in making an university to be prestige and recognised is thru the RESEARCH projects...

UCSI University should instead put more money hire more experience lecturers as well as change the syllabuses that make the students well trained in performing research projects or THESIS that can be marketable ..means not simpley find one research.. it must be something useful for clinical improvements etc.

how are we going to be compared with the public U?
looking to the size of campus, we are the SMALLEST .. a hill of useless parking lots.. should build multilevel parking lots and build a big auditiorium like in University.. the current audi can make u fall asleep when studying..

looking to the course offered.. well so far.. all the courses are in line with the market demands.. we dont have sains perikanan or sains marine in our U..

no. of lecturers: my lectures kept saying our Uni is good as the ratio of lecturer to students is about 1:15 .. but i alwiz think we are in shortage of lecturers

facilities.. aiks.. tyr go online in the com lab and you will know how frusfrated..  bus ..tak guna punya UNi... student need to pay higher price than outside for the bus facilities..
books.. max no of same books is about 6-10.. imaging if the whole class need the same book.. how?
parking.. as mentioned above..can we lowered to rm1 per entrance for student with student card?

student council.. most of things gone thru mr terry sure tak jadi.. u ask him open concert sure JADI JADI and happenings...

student fees.. for the sake of University word in ur certificate.. u need to pay if nt mistaken 10 % increment of your total fees.. university of currency sucking institution (UCSI) ..claps claps~~
