Hello. I'm just wondering whether should I study biomedical science in UTAR or food science and nutrition in UCSI University.
Well, what concerns me is the career prospect in these 2 courses, can anyone plz tell me which 1 is better?

Is English standard in UCSI quite bad?
Is the lecturers for the food science course good?
If I study biomedical science, do I really have the chance to do research in future? Very confused. rclxub.gif
I don't know the ways lecturers in UCSI teach the students good?
Anyone Plz Help Me

Lol. I was in the same position as u a few years back.  sweat.gif
I remembered i listed out all the pro's and con's of each courses and of UTAR and UCSI.

But ended up in UCSI cos of scholarship.

Hm..english standard..depends which group u hang out with, the english ed or the chinese ed.
But generally, i think it's not bad. Equal mixture of both.
Lecturers for food sc are okay. Some are really good like Dr Lee, but some are just big nono (like Gugga).
Depending on lecturers, some really spoon feed u, while some expects u to do ur own homework b4 lecture.
Malaysia is not a good place to do research. The govt doesn't encourage R&D.
Most Msia biomed or food sc grad usually ends up doing sales or QA.  sad.gif

But i think it's all up to u. Just gather as much info as u can, sit down quietly and write out the pro's and con's.. smile.gif

I actually wrote all the pros and cons. But ended up still confuse. I thought that food science can do some other things such as food industries. duno which is better...
