sad.gif will be taking fd.scn n nutrition dis may,no more good lecturers? haihz.. abt the angkasa condo/on campus.. which 1 is better?
*
it's depend on u to interpret which place to stay is better.
if u stay in campus, u dont have to wake up early than those who stay off campus for early morning class. just that u hv to pay more for rental fees.

if u stay off campus, u have to walk up early than those who stay on campus for early morning class. maybe u can get cheaper rental fees compare to on campus. but u have to walk to class. around 5 to 10 minutes from angkasa condo to ucsi.

why say so? hmm.gif

Well, in every semester(almost), there will be at least one lecturer will leave the faculty and go to other university or college. So sad to know when those good lecturer leave the university and left those inexperience lecturer to ruin the subjects. some of them told us that there always have better place to go rather than stay in ucsi.

Seriously, UCSI need to put more afford to keep their staffs from joining other university. They know they hardly to recruit qualified staffs but yet they do less effort to keep their staffs. Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences lack of experienced and qualified staffs.

Hopefully UCSI can work even harder to employ qualified, experienced lecturers for school of pharmacy.

patricktiew,y did u say so?r u studying pharmacy in UCSI?would u mind elaborate more on the current lecturers of pharmacy in UCSI?I just paid a visit to UCSI yesterday..but it's a brief campus tour...so not much I can know about lecturers' quality. I need your views.TQ

Ya, currently im in year 2 sem 2. After this semester, there will be 3 lecturers who will leave the faculty. One of them who is a professor in physiology is going to retire from teaching; another one who is a Dr in pharmaceutical technology will going back to India to teach in India; The last one will head to public uni for research and teaching. From those newly employed lecturers, some of the lecturer is just graduated as PhD holder and they have no experience in teaching before employed by UCSI. Some of them was teaching in other university before employed by UCSI. From students perspective, some but not all new lecturers does not meet students expectation.
i guess this situation also happen in other universities, not only happen in UCSI.

According to one of the 2nd year pharmacy students many good lecturers have left.

IMU have their fair share of problems too though.

Yes! But there are still have good lecturers who have no intention to leave the faculty so far. we are hoping to have more good lecturers to come in next semester.
