Kindergarten charge full month despite one week ho, can dispute or not

As title, anyone ever tried to dispute?
By right, for one week school holiday they should give fee rebate for a week right, not charging full month. Public holiday is Ok but not school holiday. My justification is, let say Unifi service down for a week, wouldn't u ask for rebate? Pls help. |
