As title, anyone ever tried to dispute?

By right, for one week school holiday they should give fee rebate for a week right, not charging full month.

Public holiday is Ok but not school holiday.

My justification is, let say Unifi service down for a week, wouldn't u ask for rebate?

School Holiday is like your annual leave to them, you're charge monthly rate, not daily.

Same goes to transporter, now that kids go to school on rotation, they will still charge full month payment ..ughhh

Unfair, but suggest to let it slide. Otherwise later they start picking or giving unfair treatment to your kids.
