I have been following the owners' whatsapp groups for Modenas Elegan 250 and WMOTO RT3 for these few weeks. The Elegan seems to have less ownership problem, while the RT3 seems to cause fun-time for troubleshooting. Best to avoid RT3 if M-Force authorised service dealer is not nearby or you don't want to spend time troubleshooting the scooter. I am keen on the RT3 myself but I am not in a hurry to buy one (lucky for me that M-Force authorised service dealer is not far-away).Been looking for a 250cc scooter for almost 6 months.
