Just standard document ler, no need make appointment one, go to customer service, say u want open an account, get a photostate of your ic.. that's all i guess, for minimum, not so sure, but u can always prepare RM250, just in case rite? IF you need the money, you could always withdraw it tomoro.. Lolz..

So funny one. I never had any slight problem of activating it. I verify my paypal, then i create new paypal account. I remove the card from previous paypal and verify on my new paypal oso no problem for 3 times lol :s
