I think it's generic part Dell also used in their typical optiplex, if you dig around you might find some decommissioned optiplex and see if you can harvest them for cheap.

From here the mounting hole seems to be compatible with other Intel's cooler (I know it's not the exact same model, but I'm just talking bout the cooler and mounting hole).
