Reading 1st post seems like they're using wifi and wants to fix why wifi is slow

Router is AC2600 so that's probably not the issue
150Mbps sounds like N150 wifi card limits

If test with phone by connected to 5GHz still can't get > 100mbps, that might be another problem such like the LAN cable issue.

As other forummers noticed, you should test using cable, not WiFi.
You could be hitting the upper limit of 2.4Ghz 802.11n.

Your stated router is definitely capable for more speed.

Make sure your network card is rated for 1000Mbps/1Gbps, you LAN cable is minimum CAT5e (not just CAT5, but CAT5e), in good condition, and when connected directly to the router you should see in Network Properties as having 1Gbps potential throughput rating.

For testing, avoid connecting through a switch, even if it's already a Gigabit switch. Reduce variable possibility that individual port on a switch is faulty if not the switch itself as a whole.

TLDR; make sure client-to-router end-to-end inside of your network and equipment used for test themselves are 500Mbps-ready.

So it is indeed about 150Mbps = 18.75MB/s

Judging by that result, I will assume this is possibly a laptop, and you're connected via Wifi

This sounds like N150 wifi card limits.

Can you screenshot

Start -> Device Manager -> Network Adapters?

Or do you use a usb wifi card

Or screenshot name of wireless adapter in task manager under the peformance tab

Yes , i connected to Laptop via WIFI and attached my laptop network adapters screenshot.
Thanks.

Even your laptop has WiFi 6 capable adapter..
1st you need to test with Cable.
then
2nd test with Wifi, and need to "really" make sure you're connecting to 5Ghz or 5Ghz + 2.4Ghz.. You can check at the Windows Settings > Network & Internet Settings..
Cause I have experienced the adapter refusing to connect 5Ghz, even though i'm 1 meter away from the router..
Need to mess with the wifi adapter driver setting.

1 gigabit (Gb) is equal to 125 megabytes (MBs). hopefully you don't confuse  between bit and byte.
