Maybe you need mesh router in your house to cover those blindspots.

1 gigabit (Gb) is equal to 125 megabytes (MBs). hopefully you don't confuse between bit and byte.

Or time fibre?

Maybe bottlenecked by your router or device.
WiFi or eternet cable?

ISP : 1Ghz
Router : AC2600 (1,733 Mbps on 5 GHz + 800 Mbps on 2.4 GHz) * 70%
Wireless devices: Need to support that speed (Wifi 5 / 6 capable)
Neighbour Interference : Unknown
Coverage / Blindspot : Unknown

My suggestion is if you want to troubleshoot each section and eventually you will get your desired speed.

Download from where? 1 gbps is port speed (bandwidth). Doesn't mean you can get 1gbps out of a single connection.

Your connection is 1Gbps, but the server sending data may not send u 1Gbps data for you alone. Server output and line speed is different

bit (lowercase b)
Byte (lowercase B)

Mbps ≠ MBps

Run a speedtest against your local TIME server.
That should tell you whether your line is even capable of reaching the speed you subscribed to within boundary of your own ISP's own network.

If you cannot even get your subscribed 1Gbps within TIME's own network, there's no point complaining about slow connection to different web properties outside.

So it is indeed about 150Mbps = 18.75MB/s

Judging by that result, I will assume this is possibly a laptop, and you're connected via Wifi

This sounds like N150 wifi card limits.

Can you screenshot

Start -> Device Manager -> Network Adapters?

Or do you use a usb wifi card

Or screenshot name of wireless adapter in task manager under the peformance tab

Check your LAN cable with a LAN cable tester. Make sure all the 1 - 8 LED light did flash up sequently.
Go get one tester from shopee, just price around RM10 only.

You are using a gigabit router, so its not the problem of your router. The problem might comes from the defected LAN cable.
1,2,3,6 are data transfer
4,5,7,8 are DC power.

Inside your LAN cable, there have total 8 wires inside. Look carefully on the needle head of your LAN cable.
1 - Orange stripe
2 - Orange
3 - Green stripe
4 - Blue
5 - Blue stripe
6 - Green
7 - Brown stripe
8 - Brown

I can memorize it. Your problem here is only can get around 100mbps. So you may try to check your LAN cable too. Also please check your LAN socket if you are pulling the line down from up stairs. Just buy a LAN cable tester from shopee. My guess is 4,5,7,8 of your LAN cable or LAN socket was defected, need to get repair or replacement.

Reading 1st post seems like they're using wifi and wants to fix why wifi is slow

Router is AC2600 so that's probably not the issue
150Mbps sounds like N150 wifi card limits
