I have try Upwork but still under proposal no one interview me.
Any similar website which I can enhance my chance to get any part time job.

Im doing freelance in IT as Project Management either as Cordinator as well.

That is a very tough area to be a freelancer in. I would suggest you look out for contracting companies instead of of as they often get people on contract for IT Project Management. What sort of experience do you have with IT PM? Are you certified in any of the project methodologies? Which industry do you have experience with and what sort of technology have you worked with?

Upwork and Freelancer.com. Both these sites are what my friends use for remote project management work. Not easy as many clients usually want the PMs to be on the ground. Have to look out for international jobs.

Each job is different so instead of putting your profile there, its more of you bidding for the jobs and sharing why you are the best fitted for the role.
