Maybe you need to configure the setting if there are no preset. It is all about VLAN tagging. Unifi, Maxis and Digi all use different port number for VLAN tagging. Once you get it done, then you will be able to connect again with your username and password.
Found this in digi community... try it and see if it helps. I'm on Maxis... cant test it for you. QUOTE HERE THE STEP FROM TPLINK SUPPORT 1.Login to web management (IP address 192.168.0.1 2.Click Advanced 3.Network 4.IPTV 5.Tick Enable IGMP Proxy,Tick Enable IPTV,after that ISP Profile Select custom mode -VLAN INTERNET 629 -VLAN VOIP 10 -VLAN IPTV 20 -Tick Enable 802.1Q TAG 6. IGMP Version change from v2 to v3 7. Save 8.After reboot finish click Quick Setup 9.Time zone Select Kuala Lumpur Singapore and click next 10. Connection type select pppoe and click next 11. Enter your username&Password What DIgi provided to you and click next 12. Change new wifi name and password and click next 13. Save. |

You need to get the username and password from Digi and configure it into the router. I hope you don't reset the BTU otherwise big headache waiting for technician to come.
If you are using the Wifi 6 Zyxel router, better change to your own router for more stable connection. |

If reset all the configuration needed for the internet connection is gone. No other way, call Digi customer service. They might send technician to set it up back. |

Always make a backup of your router script configurations and settings before doing a hard reset. Be prepared that they will charge fees for a Digi support guy to come over fixing it.This post has been edited by Muusyc: Dec 17 2021, 05:00 PM |

Only Digi can help you now, you get lost your pppoe password because you reset the router.

Because pin resetting at the back erases all data and settings and you have to manually input it. I did that, rookie mistake, and I called Digi hotline, customer rep was unable to help so they sent a technician.Found this in digi community... try it and see if it helps. OMG! Reboot (turn off and turn on) your router. No resetting your router.

I think most ISPs have remote configuring, not sure if Digi has it but try just leaving your router and modem on overnight, they'll update the settings automatically
