Maybe you need to configure the setting if there are no preset. It is all about VLAN tagging. Unifi, Maxis and Digi all use different port number for VLAN tagging. Once you get it done, then you will be able to connect again with your username and password.
Found this in digi community... try it and see if it helps. I'm on Maxis... cant test it for you.
TS please try this first. Because pin resetting at the back erases all data and settings and you have to manually input it. I did that, rookie mistake, and I called Digi hotline, customer rep was unable to help so they sent a technician.Found this in digi community... try it and see if it helps.
