Any of you guys use this? Unker thought wanna try see if can reduce stress a bit, too much work. And to overall improve health. After trying for 2 weeks, this isn't for me.

My stomach health has deteriorated badly. Feel a bit bloated, always feel nauseated. A lot of phlegm too, makes it's way to my stomach. Whole day ruined.

Thought by 2 weeks my body would adapt, but fuck no. It doesn't work for me.

Spine bone ok? Alignment got lari?

Sometimes stomach issue can be from other issue..

If stress.. then mind will have imbalance serotonin and histamine production alot. Intestine inflammation and hence stomach bloating..

If spine alignment tarak ok, pressing on nerve.. sending wrong info to stomach.. blood not enough to go stomach and intestine to digest food..

You might have nightshade sensitivity, ashwaganda is a nightshade. you can do trial and error test on other nightshade food, example tomoto, bell pepper, potato and see if you react to those foods

i heard radio share a sg doctor got one patience.
he is manager and need to get his quote or target in check.
very stresss till need to take drug to sleep.
then he seek doc.
doc tell him the solution is resign and take a year to relax.
but he work hard and spend deade baru boleh panjat kat manager position ni.
u think i will let go?

get a KSM-66 Ashwagandha, at least the quality is somewhat guaranteed.

I am on it for 3 months now (daily 600mg). I do notice some difference, albeit pretty minor.

ive been using this for 1 month along with intermittent fasting and daily 30 minutes exercise daily . it does help me reduce stress and make my sleep better.

1) You cant manage stress by relying on supplement alone.

2) You need to know what is an adaptogen and how it works. Clearly you dont. Adaptogen works by introducing stress so that your body adapts. You shouldnt introduce stress too much at a time. Now its becoming maladaptogen already.

3) Nighrshades sensitivity is also an issue. My advice is heal your gut first. Do elimination diet and supplement properly. Dont buy the BS marketing and swallow anything you dont properly study.

maybe try walking outside after having a meal. say walk around 15-20 minutes after each meal. no harm trying.

It seems ur stress trigger gastric, go visit a doctor, might prescribe u some gastric related medication to tame ur stomach acids.

its a supplement, not a magic pill. it will takes month to see some impovement.
if you higher potent, you could try ksm66 instead.

Approx 9 yrs ago on the advice of a friend from India, I took himalaya brand neem (3 bottles) and ashwaghanda (1 bottle). Both didn't do me any good.
