ive been using this for 1 month along with intermittent fasting and daily 30 minutes exercise daily . it does help me reduce stress and make my sleep better.

1) You cant manage stress by relying on supplement alone.

2) You need to know what is an adaptogen and how it works. Clearly you dont. Adaptogen works by introducing stress so that your body adapts. You shouldnt introduce stress too much at a time. Now its becoming maladaptogen already.

3) Nighrshades sensitivity is also an issue. My advice is heal your gut first. Do elimination diet and supplement properly. Dont buy the BS marketing and swallow anything you dont properly study.

maybe try walking outside after having a meal. say walk around 15-20 minutes after each meal. no harm trying.

It seems ur stress trigger gastric, go visit a doctor, might prescribe u some gastric related medication to tame ur stomach acids.

its a supplement, not a magic pill. it will takes month to see some impovement.
if you higher potent, you could try ksm66 instead.

Approx 9 yrs ago on the advice of a friend from India, I took himalaya brand neem (3 bottles) and ashwaghanda (1 bottle). Both didn't do me any good.

becareful of these supplements, its not regulated like medicines, meaning u wont know whether it will cause any long term side effects or not.
