My parking saman before discount is RM100, after discount is RM30.

Supposed is 80% discount but there's a minimum to pay for one saman which is RM30.

when I want to renew my road tax this year, one of my 12 summons have blacklist status. I have been black listed as i supposedly do not appear in court when the case is being heard. I never got any letters as such.

anyway after lots of phone call I manage to resolve this paying in full 300 through mysikap.

So to avoid the issue again. I intend to pay all other summonses. Manage to pay 10, then being logout. now spamming mybayar to pay the last one. already save 1550 with this discount.
